Our mission is to facilitate each student’s personal/social, academic, and career development through the implementation of a comprehensive K-12 Counseling Program. Through a collaborative effort between the home, school, and community, school counselors will ensure that all students have access to the tools enabling them to become responsible, productive citizens and lifelong learners.

Role of a Lower Pottsgrove School Guidance Counselor

• Meet with students individually to discuss issues concerning school performance
• Teach developmental guidance lessons
• Meet with students in small groups on a variety of developmentally appropriate topics
• Encourage a comfortable and safe school environment
• Support parents by helping them connect to appropriate resources, both within the school and in the community
